Who we are
Granite Gallery has been in business since 1982. We started out in 1982, as a small family business doing two to three countertop installations per week. Since then Granite Gallery has grown to be one of the largest granite companies in Kwa-Zulu Natal. In 2016 we saw a high demand for Granite and in order to better serve our clients we invested in growing our business with state of the art machinery and the most modern equipment in the industry, which consists of the following
- 2 x Giorgini Maggi Gangsaws
- 1 x Breton Multi-Wire Saw
- 16 head Breton polishing
The only such machines in the KZN province, as well as
- Numerous Bridge Saws and Single head polishing machines
We now have over 70 employees which are fabricating and installing twenty to thirty kitchen countertops per week.
We are the best possible combination of direct importers and fabricators. This niche amalgamation worked out nicely and that is one of the reasons why we are successful. We directly import from different countries, bringing in a variety of unique colours and grains from different parts of the world. This allows us to offer several exotic stones to our clients that are not easily available to everyone else. This gives us an advantage over our competitors, as we can provide you with a wide selection of truly inspirational colours sent directly from our quarries abroad.
With us you know exactly who is fabricating the granite from start to finish, we have no middlemen and our shops are local. Going directly to our clients without middlemen means a lower price for our clients.

Our success on projects cannot be achieved with state of the art machinery alone: our installation teams and factory workforce are specialised and experienced in all aspects of stone work. Our highly qualified in-house Technical Professionals provide advice on subjects such as mechanical fixing applications, bespoke projects, various natural stone installation techniques, manufacture and design. Management operate hands-on, prioritising the quality of products manufactured, ensuring timeous completion on projects and liaising with industry professionals and clients, continually striving to achieve exceptional results at all times. Furthermore, our mission statement is focused on service, which forms the basis of the Granite Gallery strategy that is firmly rooted and upheld by Management over years of experience in the field. It is with this spirit of passion and dedication that we are motivated to constantly achieve higher levels of quality. We have equipped our stores with an extensive selection of granite and marble available in a wide range of colours so as to meet the exhaustive requirements of the commercial, industrial and domestic environments.
